James Crichton

James Crichton is the director of the On Tour Company, the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District's district-wide magnet drama program based at Sanford H. Calhoun High School in Merrick, New York. In addition to leading the program, he serves as the full-time drama teacher at Calhoun High School.

 

He also serves as the Chair of the Theater Department at Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts.

 

Outside of his work as an educator, he is also is an actor, singer, & pianist based in New York.

He holds an MA in Educational Theater from Adelphi Univeristy & a BFA in Acting from Hofstra University. He is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association.
